Get a head start on your fitness for bike season by participating in our Biking Viking Challenge! Earn "Schrute Bucks" for your off season training and redeem them for prizes at the beginning of the season. Challenge goes JANUARY 1st - JUNE 1st.
For each hour of training you do, you earn one Schrute Buck. At least half of the hours must be on a bike i.e. trainer, spin class, fat bike, road or mountain bike. Please record all of your activities on Strava. (There is a free version available).
Other activities include:
S - swimming*
C - cycling
H - hiking
Ru - running
T - train with weights
E - enter ICUP race (worth 3 Schrute bucks)
*swimming laps only - splish splashin’ around does not count
Challenge Requirements*
Gold level prize
70 Schrute Bucks (70 hrs total)
35 hours cycling
Silver level prize
50 Schrute Bucks (50 hrs total)
25 hours cycling
Bronze level prize
30 Schrute Bucks (30 hrs total)
15 hours cycling
* at least half of the total hours MUST be cycling
At the beginning of the season you will have the opportunity to spend your Schrute Bucks on prizes of all sorts. The more bucks you have the better prizes you can buy, such as jerseys, gloves, bike gear, bike tools, bike electronics, etc.
The PGBV Challenge runs January 1st, 2025 - June 1st, 2025. Tracking sheets are due JUNE 3rd. Late submissions will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Print this tracking sheet to log your BV challenge activities. You will submit this tracking sheet at the end of the challenge. Remember, at least half of the hours must be on a bike.
